Refund policy

30-day returns. VÁCI accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email besselll@vaci.me with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer. VÁCI covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

For a different size or colourway, return the original item and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get the piece you want before it sells out.

Not eligible

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right at no cost to you.
