Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of that email, contact us.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is outside our control. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email besselll@vaci.me and we will open an enquiry.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched and are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
